Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc.. When the site is accessed, the host processes technically necessary connection data, including the IP address, the time of access, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, and browser and operating-system details. This processing is required to deliver the page and is based on our legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not evaluate these logs ourselves and do not combine them with other data.

No third-party content

The site does not load any third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server; there are no Google Fonts, no maps, no embedded social-media feeds, and no external scripts. Simply visiting the site therefore sends no request to any third party.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies and store nothing in your browser. A cookie banner is therefore not needed.

Mailing list

If you sign up for the mailing list, we process your email address in order to inform you about upcoming meetings. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Sign-up uses a double opt-in procedure: after you submit, you receive an email with a confirmation link. Only once you click it do we add you. Until then we store your address exclusively for this purpose.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the unsubscribe link in every email or informally at kontakt@tuequant.de. After withdrawal we delete your address. We do not pass it on to third parties and do not use it for anything else.

Editorial note: once the form backend is decided (§16.4), the provider — with its registered office, data-processing agreement, and retention period — belongs here. Without this the policy is incomplete.

Reach measurement

We currently do not use any analytics or tracking tools. In particular, we do not use Google Analytics.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). To exercise them, contact the address given above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; for Baden-Württemberg this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
